My passion for teaching has extended into the tertiary environment, where I've lectured at the University of Melbourne in the Juris Doctor and Murrup Barak programs and legal subjects including Contracts, AI Ethics and Commercial Data Law, with the likes of Prof Jeannie Paterson, Mark Taylor and Phil Catania.
At its heart, law became another education in language.
Through these teaching experiences and 10 years working at top-tier law firms, I've learned that the best writing is the clearest writing which is capable of making difficult concepts read simply. That philosophy is the foundation for The English Kit. The English Kit is the culmination of everything I have learned as a teacher, writer, lawyer and lifelong student of English.
Our team is growing. As we take on additional tutors, their profiles will appear here — each an English specialist, each with a current Working with Children Check. Staff registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching are identified as such on their profile.
