What our forms collect

When you submit the enquiry, waitlist, newsletter or tutor application forms on this site, we collect the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, year level, message, and — for job applicants — your education, experience and CV). We use this only to respond to your enquiry or assess your application.

To handle these submissions we use a small number of third-party processors:

• Resend — delivers the form contents to our inbox and sends you a confirmation email.
• Airtable — stores submissions so we can track and respond to them.
• Vercel — hosts this site and runs the form-handling code; server logs may briefly record a hashed version of your IP address for spam protection.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — if enabled, a privacy-focused check that the form was submitted by a person, not a bot.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@theenglishkit.com.au.
